These terms of sale govern Monalyra paid offers. They apply to any paid subscription entered into by a consumer or professional customer, subject to mandatory rules.
Paid plans grant access to extended Monalyra features according to the selected plan, such as higher resource limits, reports, documents, AI features or other capabilities clearly described during checkout.
Before checkout, customers must be informed of price, billing cycle, included features, renewal model and cancellation terms. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.
Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless a specific offer states otherwise.
Where consumer distance-selling rules apply, the customer may have a 14-day withdrawal right. However, immediate performance of digital services may require express prior consent and acknowledgement that this right is lost once performance starts, in accordance with applicable law.
